Learn how to raise the most beloved insect in North America, the Monarch butterfly.  Beardsley and Memorial Library, 40 Munro Place, Winsted, on Saturday, Aug. 11, at 11 a.m. has asked Mary-Elin Renzullo, a Monarch butterfly enthusiast, to educate patrons on how the Monarch grows from an egg to a strikingly colorful butterfly.
